Appraisal Services:
 

Toni Nicholas of TradeMark Realty, Inc., has just achieved Licensed Appraiser Trainee status (as of December, 2007) to begin accruing her 3000 hours of work experience credit toward her Fully Licensed General Appraiser status. She already holds two degrees in Business. Therefore, she has already achieved the education requirements of a Fully Licensed General Appraiser and will have the necessary requirements to appraise both residential and commercial properties in the states of MA, NH, ME, and RI.

To achieve the General Appraiser title, an Appraiser Trainee must not only have the education requirements, but he or she must work with a Licensed Appraiser who reviews all work and signs off on it in a log book. These logs are then sent in to the State Licensing Board for approval when applying for a Full License. Therefore, when you hire an Appraiser Trainee, you are really getting two for the price of one!

Currently, Ms. Nicholas is working with a Fully Licensed Appraiser in the area and is accruing her necessary hours. Your order and final report will be reviewed by a Fully Licensed Appraiser. Therefore, you can be sure that the valuation of your property is accurate and will stand up to any possible scrutiny.
